Spellhunt Plus

Spellhunt is free to play, every day, with nothing held back from the puzzles themselves. Plus is an optional subscription for people who play often and want a smoother ride.

What Plus includes

• No interruptions. No full-screen ads between puzzles, ever.
• A weekly streak freeze. One free streak freeze each week, so a missed day doesn't cost you your streak.
• 100 coins every day. Tap to claim them on the Today tab. Spend them on hints, streak repairs or cosmetics.
• Every past Daily. Free players can replay the last seven Dailies. Plus opens the whole archive.
• Rewards without the ad. Where Spellhunt offers a reward for watching a short video, such as bonus coins after a puzzle or a free Reveal word hint, Plus members just tap and collect.
• The Plus lane. While a cosmetic season is running, Plus members unlock its full cosmetic track, not only the free items.

Plus doesn't change the puzzles, your rank or your league. Everyone plays the same Daily, and times are compared the same way whether you subscribe or not.

The 7-day free trial

Plus comes monthly or yearly. The yearly plan works out cheaper per month. If you've never had Plus, you can try it free for 7 days. The app shows the exact price in your currency, and when the trial ends, before you confirm. After the trial, Plus renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment is handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Spellhunt never sees your card details.

How to cancel

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Choose Spellhunt Plus and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your period or trial ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Plus until the end of the time you've paid for. Deleting the app, or your Spellhunt account, does not cancel a subscription: only Apple can. Refunds are handled by Apple too, at reportaproblem.apple.com. More on the support page.

New phone? Restore Plus

Sign in to the same Apple ID on your new device, open Spellhunt, go to You, then the Shop, and tap Restore purchases.

Playing free

You can play Spellhunt for as long as you like without paying. Ads are how the free game is paid for, and we've set firm limits on them:

• No ads at all in your first two sessions.
• Never in the middle of a puzzle.
• Never straight after the Daily or your share screen, a boss puzzle, or a league result.
• No banner ads, anywhere.
• At most one full-screen ad after every few finished puzzles, and no more than six in a day.
• Videos for rewards, such as extra coins, are always your choice.

In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, Spellhunt asks for your ad privacy choice before the first ad ever loads, and you can change it any time under Settings, then Privacy choices. Details are in the privacy policy.

Remove Ads

If you don't want a subscription but would rather not see full-screen ads, Remove Ads is a one-time purchase in the Shop that turns them off for good. Optional reward videos stay available if you want them. It doesn't include the other Plus benefits.

The Shop also sells coin packs, if you'd like more hints than you've earned. You never need them to play.
